New-look Faraday Education websites

Engage your students in the classroom with IET Faraday teaching resources and activities to encourage the learning and uptake of science, design and technology, engineering, maths and computing.

IET Faraday aims to make lessons even more engaging by showing that the learning has real-life applications via case studies that showcase some of the most innovative examples of current engineering and technology from around the world.

We are proud to bring STEM learning to life in the classroom! The Education 5-19 team is excited to announce that our new-look Faraday education websites are now live! Our new-look Faraday websites for primary and secondary are designed to make it easier for teachers, parents and students to find information and resources linked to the IET's education activities and STEM.

The websites offer amazing, free STEM resources for primary and secondary schools, including classroom posters, careers packs, videos, activities and lesson plans. Resources can be filtered by subject, age range, activity duration, Key Stage and even by exam board. The sites also provide information on our Faraday Challenge Days, which have now launched for the 2017-18 season in partnership with Thorpe Park, together with DIY Challenge Day and Faraday Overseas activities.

Other updates include: - A brand new primary education section - Easier navigation for both mobile devices and desktop - Improved page structure to make your Faraday experience that much better! Take a look and please help to spread the word about these great new websites! IET Faraday Secondary: IET Faraday Primary:
