Women In Engineering Event 2018
Connect Education and Business will be hosting our own Women in Engineering event to celebrate National Women in Engineering day. The event will be held 21st June 2018. The event is to raise the profile and celebrate the achievements of women in engineering, and to encourage more girls to consider engineering as a career. Currently women make up less than 10% of the engineering sector, and with a large skills gap looming and the additional need for a more diverse workforce, it has never been more important to encourage girls to choose a career in engineering.
